PLASTICISER PIGMENT DISPERSIONS

Plasticiser Pigment Dispersions are concentrated dispersions of selected pigments in various plasticisers (other than DOP, dioctyl phthalate). New pigments are regularly added to the range, and specials are catered for (with a minimum batch size required).

Features and Benefits

Standardisation.

The products in this range are standardised by mass. This means that a mass addition of these products will always yield the same strength and tone.

Non-Volatile-Content.

These products are 100% solids. This means that the end user will know precisely what is being put into the final product. The essential ingredients are pigment and vehicle. With some select pigments, a small quantity of surfactant is added to assist in processing.

Concentration.

With some exceptions, these products are highly concentrated. This means more colouring material for the dollar spent, resulting in both reduced costs and reduced amounts of added plasticiser. Non aqueous inks, paints, PVC plastisols, indeed almost any area where the particular vehicle used can be tolerated, have uses for these products.
